Gasification is a technological process that can convert any carbonaceous (carbon-based) raw material such as coal into fuel gas, also known as synthesis gas (syngas for short). Gasification occurs in a gasifier, generally a high temperature/pressure vessel where oxygen (or air) and steam are directly contacted with the coal or other feed material causing a series of chemical reactions to occur that convert the feed to syngas and ash/slag (mineral residues)

Flexibility

Various gasification plant capacity ranging from 10 kW up to 108 GWth. Our gasifier insures high syngas generation efficiency. Different capacities of biomass syngas generation plant can be designed with various thermal and power generation capacities according to client needs.

Clean technology

GP AMG gasification system   as one kind of renewable energy tools, may reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide causing from fossil fuel.  Nitrogen oxides emission is very limited in our biomass gasification system because we are using H2O as our gasification agent in syngas generation

Economical

GP AMG gasifier is capacity flexible. Even small size syngas generation or power generation plant is also a profitable process and fewer land requirements with limited emissions make biomass gasification plant more economical compared with other renewable energy.
